I too have a broken eibach sportline spring that's about 3 years old. I talked to tirerack and sent pics to their tech support team for review, since that's where I bought the set. I'm still waiting...

Mine lasted 20-25k of hard daily driving. I took them down to the wear indicators.

I remove the valve from the stem and use my 33 gallon compressor to fill it. Takes a minute, but I never had a problem with the tire not seating.

I ran somewhere around 39 psi in both sizes to keep them from rolling onto the sidewall. Your pressures will depend on your driving style and suspension setup, and that is for you to figure out by...

I'm running 215/60-15 in the front, lowered 2 inches with no problems at all. I also ran 205/60-15, but the speedo was off a bit. Either size will work just fine.

See if you blew the main ignition fuse under the hood. From what I remember, it's either 50 or 80 amps.

Yeah, the dealer needs to program the new ecu to work with your keys. Otherwise, the car won't start, as you already found out.

With crappy all seasons, they might last due to the hard compound. Try doing that on sticky tires...

Yes.

MuffinMan, he's not necessarily wasting the tires on his truck. Usually those are lowered with drop spindles which retain the factory geometry.

Mine are like that too. Torque it, and then bend the cotter pin up to fit into the castle nut slots.

If you want to go that far, you might as well get an Audi, pull out the LEDs, wiring, and switch, and toss the rest.

Just get a switch and some wire, and wire it up. Should cost you no more than...

All that I'm saying is 3.5 inches from the ground to the jackpoint is as low as you can go, at which point the shock towers are resting on the UCAs.

When your boot was falling apart, it lost all the grease, and you were running the CV joint dry. Replacing the boot will not help you at this point; damage to the CV joint has been done.

Or if you have a jack that will lift high enough, lift up the car and then lower it onto the ramps. Worked for me.
