In fact, you should have changed your TB at 90K miles. It's only like $400 to change it. I've had friends who ignored and two of them had...

Re: Hit something on freeway-now have body roll on Pass side (Ski_Bum)

You should take your car to a frame and alignment specialist. They can usually also repair/replace suspension parts and even brakes. Call them first. The dealer wants you to replace part by part. ...

Re: Most Common Method of Entry in Stealing Hondas (wdwalker)

Thank you, Wdwalker.

I have a 93 Accord. It's on the hit list. I am just trying to protect it. That was going to be my next question.

You'll have to excuse all of us from California. ...

Re: Most Common Method of Entry in Stealing Hondas (A340600)

My, some of you guys are quite sensitive.

Despite the fact that there is a post beneath mine titled "My Idea of Auto Security" in which the guy says straight out what I said (and goes into much...

Most Common Method of Entry in Stealing Hondas

I think it's through the hood. Just get at the hood release cable, disconnect the battery (to disarm the alarm). The car is yours.

What else are thieves doing nowadays?

Re: Accord Problem very serious (muffak)

Re: How do I know it is time for new rotors? (Spider Man)

FYI, my front rotors lasted 120K miles.

You need new ones when you take it in and they tell you that they can't get a good enough scrape on the lathe.

Then, you get new ones. Otherwise,...

Re: if i change my tranny oil will it make it shift better? (BlazeTeck2000)

If you have an auto, change it every 20K miles. Else, you might lose your tranny. 2K to replace.

If you have a stick, you have to change the gear oil.

Don't mess with these things. You...

Re: 87 steering wheel shakes (elmalouno)

If this happens at high speed, it's your wheel balance.

If this happens when you step on the brakes, your rotors are out of round.

In no way is this the wheel alignment.

Get your wheels...

Re: Problem with 98 Accord V6. (SkylineGTR)

I don't know.

If it's time to change it, you might want to just go ahead and do it.

If your alternator goes out when you are, say, on a vacation to Walla Walla Washington or Nome, Alaska,...

If you have a back up battery, you are safe even if they manage to...
