i had the same problem, i incorrectly spimmed the diff. ever time the car got to 147mph it would lose vss signal, car would fall on it face beacause i was using boost by gear.

building the car is the easy part, maintaining and be able to fix it is the true test. i dont know about anyone else but it usually no less than a grand when it does break. in three years of running...

with that turbo it should be making that 31psi by no later than 6800. again, i would check the wastegates and make sure all vacuum lines are equal lenght.

nice overall number for 31psi, but i dont think that powerbands going to work that well. i would check your wastegates, i had that same problem come to find out one was stuck open and couldnt hear...

check valve lash and try insulating the porcelion no the spark plugs with heat shrink.

bluebyYou, im assuming this is a dragcar? what tranny are you running and what size tire? this is going to have an effect on rpm need to get thur the 1/4 mile also.

With that setup, i would run c16 or q16 fuel, that would be the safest thing to do. why even risk the chance of messing something up.

send the clutch back to comp have it checked but they are usaully spot on and use a ati dampner(no fluidyne had two of them fly off).

im running the mahle pistons making 1008hp at 48psi no problem. you got a IM with a number to a guy that is a dealer for them.
