I sprayed the WD40 on the shaft by the pulley. By the way, WD40 is a Water Displacing formula that is non-conductive, and therefore, safe on electronics. Anyway, I had it tested off the vehicle,...

I'll go through it all the first chance I get.
I don't think it's the fuse, because the battery only has some 60 minutes reserve power, and I drove it for over 2 hours with lights on before it gave...

Yes it will Y8 has a 2-wire IACV, your stock P2E is set up for a 3-wire IACV.
To avoid this problem, for now you can cap the IACV that's on the back of ine intake manifold, and put the Y7 throttle...

That's what I thought, but the car ran for a combined 2 or 2.5 hours and batterie died. The battery light would stay on for about 30seconds after starting the engine, and then go off.

Oh, and you don't really need a different cluster, or a wire harness, the ones you have will work just wine.

Any 92-00 civic will work.
You shold look for EX models, as they will have the shortest gear transmissions, and usually not as abused as SI's... then again any old 5spd is a gamble... you won't find...

Hey guys.
I have a 1995 Civic EX and my voltage regulator recently went out, started putting out up to 25V, frying my battery.

I had an alternator and a complete wire harness from a 1997 Civic LX...

mine does that too (95 civic), but then again its putting out 21 Volts, so I'm pretty sure it's the alternator in my case :P but I'll make sure to check all the wires too.
