If you haven't done so already you have to go through the initial setup procedures and then the car will run perfectly fine without having it tuned.

Remove your valve cover and use a wrench there is a nut on the stud to remvoe it.

You want to do a 50/50 mix of water and antifreeze and fill and bleed the system accordingly.

You could also install some dynamat before putting in the carpet and that will help alot with keeping the engine and road noise out.

Try a slight abrasive polish and then follow up with a full wax job. I had the same thing happening on my roof and after using some meguires it's no longer a problem.

If you want go to http://www.car-part.com and you can find a clust with nearly the same amount of milage for around $60 and swap it for yours. Just an idea.

The only reason I remember is because I was under there last week changing out an axle. Otherwise I would have said to remove the splash guard also.

The plug just twists out and like a screw.
