The main road blocks in terms of engine mounts that you'll encounter are
1) EK B-series VTEC auto tranny rear T mount
2) EK B-series VTEC side tranny mount

Neither of these mounts are available...

Are you referring to the EDM Accord Type R? If so, the the Gen 6 (1998 to 2002) versions came with H22A7 motors, while the Gen 7 Accord & Euro-R (TSX) came with K series motors. The H23A DOHC VTEC...

I don't think you would be able to swap in a Type S motor into your 92 lude, as the Type S motor has provisions for the ATTS system and your lude doesn't. In order to get rid of the ATTS provisions...

However, are you sure the SiR-T came with an H23A? I thought the SiR and SiR-T were both from the Honda Accord Torneo family, which had the F20B (automatic) and F20B (manual).

Are you sure there are three versions of the H23A VTEC motor? Even one of the posters in this thread from the UK, who owns a Accord Type R that has the H23A DOHC VTEC motor, says there is only one...

The H22A4 is OBD2a while the F20B is OBD2b, so there will be wiring differences.

IMO the things the F20B have going for it is the iron lined stock sleeves and the stout/beef bottom end. ...

If you are really strapped for cash, it's probably more cost effective to drop in a JDM H22A instead of rebuilding your H22A4 motor.

F20B is not the Euro-R motor. The Euro-R motor is H22A7. The F20B is from the Accord Torneo SIR.

I don't think you'll be able to pass the visual inspection with a JDM H22A motor in your car, since your car originally came with a USDM H23A1. You need to verify your CARB rules.
