Trade the cams, and sell the Skunk 2's or trade them for a Tuner series cam.
Just have in mind that you would need to upgrade the valve train

The N1 is going to be too loud. Get a WS II or I have a Greddy SP2 with no cat, no resonator and it's not loud at all, just a WOT

I dont know if this helps but I had more or less the same problem, it was that the motor had Blow By. The block needed to be bored out.
When I had the motor rebuilt, I didn't have the funds to bore...
