There is absolutely no benefit to lock the rockers on 99.999999% of applications.

The owner of the car eventually put it back to stock and sold it to fund a truck to tow his normal race car around.
It did this back in 2015 though.

Sprockets is correct.
The 274 part number is a revision of the 267. It is the ethanol compatible pump but with a higher pressure relief rating.
The 274 is the one you want.

The IAT's on the Rotrex car started at 95degF and ended at 102degF after a 7.5 second ramp test.
The only real "con" to the Rotrex stuff is that you have to be very careful with fuel cut limiter...
