for the AC vibration might also want to make sure that the belt is tensioned correctly. My car used to vibrate when it was running lean cuz the 02 sensors were gone, once i replaced those it ran...

im hoping thats not it, and i dont know why it would break i never took my wheel off, it was fine, then one day light just turns on, wierd thing was that my horn worked until AFTER I tried resetting...

As i understand it i just jump the same plug that i used to reset it and then take the code down as i would for a CEL search?

i read something about a DTC code or what not, im not sure how i am...

ive tried resetting it multiple times, still comes back, it came on out of the blue one day, I havent checked the fuses yet so ill do that next.

Im not sure what u mean about checking the code,...

Bump

I read on teh accord forums that a bad battery caused someone else's SRS light to go off and made teh car do some crazy stuff, any thoughts on that?

any help would be appreciatted.

Sorry to bring back an old topic, but something similair happened to my car.

The light was not on when i got the car (98 civic ex). I never unplugged the seat or took off the steering wheel,...

you can jump the CEL, OBDII does have it, look at one of the first threads on the forums, itll tell you exactly how to do it

well its that time of year and i just went to get smogged.....I passed, BUT, my ratings were horrible. I was one point away from failing on the hydro carbons and extremely high on the others.

i figured there is something to connect cuz it looks liek it and some one would know where it connects to so i can figure out where i need to add some lines....not that hard

no its the two-way valve and there is a three-way connector that splits some lines... if you would have looked at the picture you would understand

teh problem is that there is no line to connect,...

my car came with one of those exact alarms with it, theyre not bad actually, but my install kinda sucked. They work fine, but i wish the remote was a tiny bit smaller, but i hate stuff in my pockets...

Hey ive had a CEL code 90 for the longest time and i couldnt figure it out, changed gas cap and inspected vacuum lines in Evap canister until i finally foudn some loose lines near the two-way Evap...

something is wrong with your front driver's side bulb, check out the connections on it and also on the front passenger since it seems loose. If the relay is still working and it starts to blink twice...

I dont think ive ever seen my fan go on, but my engine has never overheated, not even after beating on it, or a long trip through some SoCal heat.....wierd...

how long before they build memory, because the last time I smogged it, it was reset and driven for a maximum of liek 50-60 miles and it still passed(we had to buy a new gas cap at the place).
