A lot of motors over time need their valves adjusted its a common thing. So it's not a huge problem that will cost u lots of money, but u should get them adjusted if in fact thats what the problem...

With ground control u have the options of adjusting your ride height and getting custom spring rates. IMO i'd say go with GC if u got the extra doe

when you step on the brakes it doesn't keep rubbing, it's more like there is certain point in the rotation of the tire and rubs then. It's not a constant rubbing if thats what you mean
