I opened it and was inside. Note the two hoses on the right. I zipped tied the bottom hose as it was lose. Top hose was very tight. I think this unit maybe cracked..thanks in advanced

The axel nut has a notch/punched into the grove of the axel. This keeps the axel nut from coming loose.

@Hometheaterman - if engine was missing, would it now throw a code? no OBD codes.. No performance issues with the car. Other than the vibration, acceleration is great.

Yes, the number 3 cylinder is in it's TDC on compression stroke. I hear the air coming out of the valve cover cylinder hole
