The blown rear wings are still in full effect so that may have much to do with it. I haven't watched practice yet, so didn't see it first hand.

225 is minimum you should run, but I'd try and go with the 245's. Since its for H2 you should have enough power/gearing options to make them work. I tested 245's all around on my H4 car, but didn't...

Incremental changes.

If you switch to the koni race, swap spring rates, take out camber, change toe, etc etc all at once you'll have no idea what exactly caused what. The car will feel different...

Ok, maybe cog height isn't THAT easy, but there are still methods to do it. Never said finding suspension pickup points was...

You could do the models in simulink like suggested, but as pointed out validation will be your main problem.

You can start small with quarter-car, then go half-car, then full-car (2 DOF, 4 DOF,...
