Re: 1990 LX all fogged up!! Help!! (SpeedFreak77)

Also check that there isn't a leak getting into the car from rain water. The trunks are common to leak. As this water evaporates normally it will fog on the windows trying to excape. Make sure the...

Re: Fuse location help for '91 accord (r0ckingrrl)

There isn't a fuse that runs just that light. The fuse runs all that dash lights. If it is only that light that doesn't work, it is probably burnt out. Got to take the dash apart to get to it and...

Re: O2 position on header (Escobar)

The wrong type of solder can raise the resistance. I have noticed that with a few times. Buy the good stuff, it is more pure. Like they say, you get what you pay for. And since the computer could...

Cam Selection

I'm just trying to get a feel for what people are running for aftermarket cams and whether they like, dislike. I have a f22a4 in a 91 ex accord. Manual, with all the bolt on goodies, no turbo. Was...

Re: Uneven brake pad wear (Sturmcrow)

Sounds like a bad hose or caliper. The easiest way to check, which isn't alway accurate. Is to have some one step on the brake and release. Then open the bleeder and see if fluid shoots out. If...

Re: (phoenixitc)

Wacko-- But ever heard of the kelly blue book? How about the local classifieds. Most people here are from all over the place. That would make a big difference in prices.

Re: quick question, f22b2 block, obd2 obd1 (TouringAccord)

I believe that they are the same, but some of the sensors have different plug ends. Which wouldn't be hard to correct. Only real way of knowing is to set the two side by side and look.

Re: Brake Light (GReddy212)

If you have the factory wing, the fuse is inline by the passenger side rear tail light. Pull that cover open in the trunk as if changing the bulb and you should see it. The light in the back window...

Re: (fw190bvi)

Engine braking just means downshifting and then using the engine compressiong to assist the brakes in slowing the vehicle. Doesn't hurt the motor any, and done correctly doesn't wear the clutch...

Re: (ZexyAccord)

Most likely it is the bearing. I have replaced hundreds and never have had good luck with anything but OEM. If you got it from a parts house it is most likely going out again. I think it is the...

Re: flywheel torque specs (prostreetonline)

If the crank stripps out before the flywheel will torque, because as your saying it is getting weak with age, I would be more afriad of it blowing apart after 150,000 miles. It weakens from constant...

Re: What the highest amount you can lower your car before a camber kit is required? (hondaracin24)

you can get the cheaper ones, but they usually end up wearing out within about a year. Depending on how you drive. With a 2 to 2.5 inch drop, you are looking at camber angles of about 4 degrees...

Re: Camber Kit Problem!!!!!!! (EuRoBrO)

I had to take and drill a 3 inch hole in the upper control arm pocket to allow the arm to be moved out and still not hit the fender. then I just made a rubber cap for the hole.

Re: how long do MSD caps last? (ApexiChild)

Re: CODE 12........Help locate please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (EuRoBrO)

You need the egr valve so don't just go throw it away. And the car runs different with it unpluged because the computer uses a constant value for the valve instead of what it should be reading. So...

Re: oil on spark plugs. (gooberwolf)

No, it is common. It is pretty tough to get the seals around the spark plug holes to seal. A compression test wouldn't do anything because in order for it to come from the cylinder it would also...

Re: Removing from rotors 96 honda accord? (TURBO)

Re: 91 accord sometimes wont start (cord18s)

I have had this problem too. But it wasn't in the main relay. It was the igniton module in the distributor over heating. This lead to also frying the coil. I had to replace them both and then it...
