well not the actual intake manifold itself, but once the throttle body is on it does, it did the same thing in my EK coupe, and I ended up bending the fuel line to the filter and moving the filter...

I think a b20 pulley is bigger cause I know guys running superchargers that throw them on and it equates to 2-3 more pounds of boost.

Im not sure I understand what you mean? Its just on for now, im going to play with it a little later cause it swings to allow for more or less pressure.
