RPM Jump

In my car when I try to turn the Fan on (for the Air circulation), it doesnt work when i put it on 1 or 2, but once i put it to 3 or 4 it works. What seems to be the problem ? One more thing to note...

I understand your concern but thiss is the car i bought from someone 4 years ago and was never provided with the remote. i tried the kill switch by the dash board and its not working.
