Thanks for your input. I changed the vtec solenoid with another one I had which I am 100% sure that it works.

Today I spliced a wire from the vtec solenoid and hooked up a 12v light...

Changes to 98+ JDM models, engine wise were 4in1 manifold tubular style (before was cast 4-2-1 style) taller 4th and 5th gears and 4.7 final drive (before was 4.4) and inlet camshaft changed to B16B...

Yes I know what you mean. Europe sucks for welding supplies ;) I had to order mine from the states, no one has any in stock where I live! You should try some stainless now and post up some pics!

Looking good bro!! Have to agree with that, looks like too much heat is going on there. Since you have no remote control, try 50-60 amps. How did you find the gas lens over the normal non gas lens...

Pie cuts is cutting the pipe different angles and weld them together till you form a bend. I would recommend buying ready mandrel bended pipes.

I am installing a full-race turbo kit on a JDM B18C swapped 1991 civic EF.
My question is this, There is a vacuum nipple on top of the throttle body, (originally hooked up to the charcoal canister)...

On a JDM integra they are both hooked up to the charcoal canister.

Here is a pic I got from my car. The pipe marked with the red arrow goes to the throttle body and the one marked with the green...
