Ok. I just really went nuts under the dash. I found out the actual 2 reasons.
1) The pivot / pedal is a little loose.
2) The cable where it grips onto the pedal had to be greased really...

Vacuum leak? Hows that possible. Theres a stick in the peddle itself.

I already had the alternator tested, that was the first thing I had checked. I pulled my plugs tnite, to see if anything could be told from the plugs. The plugs are fine (they were in for 15K). ...
