You probably need to do a chart that takes the rocker ratios into consideration as they change as you rotate the cams on them. 1.49-1.57 depending on where the lobe is in contact with the rocker.

So, your two/three E-bay torgue wrench"s did not work? No big deal have real mechanic with Snap-On tools TQ your stuff. Make sure he has TQ wrench's that go to 18 lbs.ft to 76 lbs. ft, to 180 lbs.ft....
