Hi,

I seem to have come across a funny pattern, my car seems to drive better(more responsive, less hesitation during acceleration) when the fuel tank is close to empty and the fuel light comes on....

By stuck I mean the compression rings are glued or sticking to their lands (grooves ) in the piston. That is bad, as they do not move and hence cannot accomodate for the expansion and contraction of...

Effects of retarded ignition timing

Can somebody throw light on the effects of retarded ignition timing? First of all I am assuming retarded means for example, changing from 12 BTDC to 10 BTDC..
