Could be the alignment Make sure the bolts on both you alternator brackets are the correct bolts they should be marked (A) on the heads, they have a shoulder to help align the brackets.

I am running the PPG set with DSS Pro levels (Spool). I must say yes in the pits the Spool is not as nice as a LSD but 15+ passes is nice without worring about breaking something. Also does anyone...

Just a thought....I know on Some H and F series have a longer Crank pulley bolt. Maybe your bolt is not engaging enough threads.
In the picture i can see that your crank is designed for the longer...
