ok ,i searched for them on the internet and found a site that sells new honda parts and they have the center caps in stock but only the ones with H logo the PRELUDE ones dont show and in the site...

well its a 190hp US engine and no LSD tranny with hot temp krappy tires i know it could run better with good tires.
