Get a 2002 and up to avoid clutch buzz and glass rear window on your convertible. They like being driven at high revs cause they have low torque. If you lower it get quality full coil overs. If...

UPDATE: Wow it's been 4 years ago since I've made this thread. I checked the s2000 section and was surprised this thread is back from the dead. I ended up getting a 2001 silverstone ap1 4 months...
