Wow, this is puzzling! Is there any evidence of any wires being damaged, under the dash? This almost sounds like a wire harness got cut, or damaged, somehow, since unrelated circuits are affected....

'92 teg GS-R stalling @ 1/2 tank

My Teg stalls at about 1/2 tank when I pull up to a stoplight. Fill it up, and its fine. Replaced fuel pump, and fuel pressue regulator, and no CELs. Still stalling.
