its just the bottom of the rad support pushed up. there pretty thin on pilots. i fixed similar damage on one about 3 weeks ago. just remove the bumper cover and hammer it back down.

i doubt its primer. its probably base and clear binder mixed.
that finish 1 is a decent shop line. ive used finish 1 clear on alot of brackets and small metal parts under my hood.

pull out radio.
find loose green connector.
find light green/black and light green/red wires.
put a jumper wire to connect them.
domelight will now work.

if that is electron blue pearl (b95-p) there are two different ones. 99 and 00 have two different mix formulas( at least in deltron) and then both of them have variations.

i charge 1 hour to drive a car onto the frame machine and chain it down, or 2 hours to drive it on and put the car on pinch weld clamps. then we just charge for how many hours it takes to repair...

plastics must be properly prep'd or paint will not adhere correctly. every rock and bug that hits it will pop...

clean with hot water and tsp,
scuff with red scotch brite and scuff stuff with hot water,
rinse clean and let dry,
wipe with a quality plastic cleaner,
spray with bulldog or other plastic...

now if they are painted you can just clean them with hot water, scuff stuff and a red scotchbrite. once again not letting the scuff stuff dry on the part. then they can just be cleaned and sprayed.

if they are raw plastic you need to go to lowes and buy some tsp from the paint dept.. mix it into hot water and using a red scotchbrite pad scrub and clean the sideskirts. then you need to clean...
