Ok well first off thanks a lot!!!.. the evap purge control solenoid makes sense considering the vacuum lines running to it were just dangling. but the IACV already has a plug that is running into it...

Ok lets start this off right,

Car is a 93 Si
B16 motor believed to be OBD1.
Also believe the regular harness was used although im not 100% sure

Now to the quick story.
Car has been failing...

yeah i pulled the hose and capped it off with a vacuum cap... Ran it thru and it still failed.. not having any luck honestly.
