no. its to long, minor modification with a welder should make it work, but if you have to pay someone to do it, it might not be such a good deal.

yes, it slows you down! well, with a bigger wheel, the engine works harder to turn the wheels over. forget the weight difference, its the amount of torque lost to just turning those big wheels. haha...
