You might not need a new master cylinder. You absolutely need to flush and bleed all the lines and look for leaks regardless what else.

Brake fluid has to go somewhere. Makes me think its NOT the master cylinder. Take it to your favorite mechanic.

When was the last time you added fluid? Most oil change places don't add it...
