150 is way too much for a close to stock car /stereo. stock honda is like 70-90 depending on trim levels.

i wouldnt worry. stock tachs arent super acurate down low, or anywhere for that matter, just as long as its at the little line or higher you're good to go.

I concur. leave all the CONTROL arms on the civic/crx (DO NOT LOSEN THE BOLT HOLDING THE VERY FRONT CONTROL ARM TO THE CAR OR YOU WILL NEED AN ALIGNMENT!)
