Thanks for the response...good info! Tried a different ecu, still same issue, need to try another main relay also before I tackle the dash removal.

i'm thinking that there are some wires...

Well I dont feel that the motor is bad, since it properly swept the windshield when I got the old broken rods to briefly stay on.

Is there a particular procedure to installing the wiper motor on...

So I ended up purchasing a complete new linkage.

The problem I'm having is once I installed the new linkage the wipers were turning toward the wiper cowl first and not up to swipe the windshield....

MuffinMan, Yea the CEL comes on normal at start, and goes off like it should. No CEL appears when the engine comes to a halt on power at around 4500-5000 rpms...My engine is a F22b2 so I would think...

I'm having a similar issue...I dont feel its the column switch...and my fuse is fine...the washer pump works.

I'm going to check and see if I can hear the wiper motor...then I'll resort to...

Actually my Accord is an EX which is a SOHC Vtec engine...will not engage obviously due to the fact that it doesn't exceed 4500 rpms..

I'm not here to argue with anyone...poorman...please don't...

An 07 pilot is a completely different engine for one its a V6 and is far from the 2.2 liter in our Accords.

JDM 94 cd7...My speedometer works fine and it still has this issue, I feel that...
