Well it doesnt sound like you have an exhaust problem then. Have you heard someone elses known exhaust problem before to compare too?

Does your rattle sound occur when just in park with gear shift...

After replacing your rear main seal 3 agravating times. I dont think it is the seal. However there is no other way for oil to get into the clutch/bell housing area unless its thru the rear main seal....

So there is NO OIL on your engine. Your saying its all nice and clean, the only oil leak to be found is coming out of the vent hole between tranny and engine? Oil shooting out of your VC breather is...

Does the DC Header have an inner pipe?

If so the rattle may be coming from your DC pipe, in which case the above directions would apply.

Ive noticed a big drop when they started adding ethenol to our gas. I was getting 30 but now im getting close to 25 in my 94 GSR

I think there is a difference between the two model years.

I see. So the ultimate without a doubt solution would be to remove the frame rail and seal this seam or hole from the outside.

What I dont understand is how you filled the seam hole with silicon and JB weld, and still have a leak. Does that not deduce down to the seam hole as not the source of the leak?
