How easy is it to install an OEM '94 GSR Tape/CD player in a '96 GSR???

I just have the OEM tape player in my '96 GSR and I just bought an OEM CD/Tape player from a '94 GSR. Is is a direct install? Do I need any tools? Anybody done this before? How long does it take? Any...
