have you tried doing some partial tuning in that section that your having the problem?
your either running to lean or rich since you started that you dont have the problem when the motor is cold...

first you'll have to find our if you have a d16 (1 cam) or B16 (2 cams). then since your still using obd0 ecu, you'll need to to use Turboedit program to create a basemap for your motor setup.

what we would do is desolder the bad ccapacitor and clean the area with a q tip and alcohol. use a bright flashlight on the underside to trace the tracks.

If your speed sensor or mph gauge isn't working ,then yes the ecu will still think that your still at a dead stop even tho your not.

Chrome launch control is deactivated by the speed sensor.
