Why do u want VSA?

Imo its for a "novice" driver. Get used to how your car reacts without VSA and you should be fine.

I am just picking up mine today! Sadly its a 2006 Si in Habi.

Late 2008's DID have the tranny fix in them, so I wouldnt worry about the 3rd gear problems, and they look a lot better than the 09's...
