With the 22mm sway bar, you will have to use the brace... I have a itr sway bar on my car and it only took 2 weeks of regular street driving to rip out one side of the subframe.

I don't know if you would hit 600whp with that setup.... I have almost the same setup as you and at 22psi, I made 502whp on a SC61 maxed out https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emsad.gif .

Can you explain why you're losing less oil with a catch can setup? If the motor burns oil, then it'll still burn oil with a catch can connected.

Why not just put the hose on the tubing with a hose clamp or two? Even if the brazing is nice and tight right now, when you tighten the hose down, you risk the chance of breaking the joint.

Weight is an issue... you can upgrade your suspension but the brakes won't be able to handle the extra weight and load. Also the unibody construction isn't too strong for towing.

I used to run SRP pistons with stock overbored sleeves also, it slapped at idle but quiet down off idle. It's also a little louder when cold.

If everything outside of the motor is stock, nobody can tell or prove what's inside the engine. It'll pass fine since it's probably lower compression also being built for turbo.

You can make a flange or buy one that adapts the t3 turbo to a t4 flange. The only problem is, if it's a ram horn manifold, the turbo would probably hang too low for the oil return.
