Lack of oil = lack of lubrication, lack of lubrication is metal on metal contact which will cause a HUGE heat problem = warping metal and gaskets.

No CEL but I just read the other thread about possibly being the Speedometer Board in the cluster itself so I am going to check it out.

I did notice at high RPM the tach and speedometer out jump...

Damn I have all the D Series stuff. I found an 97 EX in the junk yard I took the lines from, should I go back and snag the compressor and search for a CRV to get the bracket??
