Check the dizzy for a carbon track near cyl #1 firing position. Since you had oil I am hoping you cleaned the crap out of it. If not try another dizzy.

If it goes from .1 to .9 volts in a switching manner, then yes the O2 sensor is good. Given you said it is rough, I would say its going to be stuck rich hence the code.

OH and use the neg term on...

Ok so go put your Volt meter on the signal wire for the primary O2 sensor. Set it to DC volts and see what the numbers are. Should fluctuate from .1 to .9 volts if its good. My guess its going to...

Well caster is what helps the steering back to straight, so go and have your car aligned to get the specs.

Do you have access to see the data stream from the ECU? Or a volt meter to read what the Primary O2 is doing?

I am going to guess your rough idle is part your issue.

Given you need to check to see what your fuel pressure is, but did you change the fuel pump and all fuel related items back to stock?

OH and the 2nd O2 does control Fuel Trim, given it needs to...

You sure you did not bend a rim? It sounds like it to me, axle issue is rare on a pot hole, its usually the rim that takes a big hit.

Does it make a noise? could be either a bad compressor or bearing / clutch assy. Check the gap between the two, while applying 12 v to the clutch.
