I need to sell all these parts since I no longer have my (5thgen) Prelude, everything has less than 5000 miles on them.

Replacing the cap and rotor does not matter if it at TDC as long as you can get to the screw to take the rotor off you are good.
Remember-counter clockwise=loosening, clockwise=tightening

You need to pressure test the cooling system to find out where the the coolant is leaking. Coolant does not just dissappear, and a faulty thermostat does not make coolant dissappear either.

People should stop asking this question. It encourages other to go and 'steal' preludes. There is a way to remove it(disable), but no one other than Honda and Honda dealerships need to have that...

do you have a 4th gen or a 5th gen? If it is a 4th gen 92-96 you have to set the timing after replacing a distributor. Which would explain why you are losing power.

CEL will always trip the ATTS light in an SH, the ATTS ecu and engine ECU are connected. Usaully an autoparts store will scan you for free.

as long as you have the same size wheel all around it will not trip the ATTS light. The only time that different sized wheels trip the ATTS light is when you have one or two wheels that are different...
