Re: oil getting into radiator

did you check the block for straightness? If the head or block warped replacing the gasket wont fix it. I'd check that and you might need to get the head cut or deck the block.

I wouldn't be putting new bearings on a crank that previously spun a bearing unless it we polished. If there is a bur or a messed up spot on the crank journal, its gonna grab the bearing and spin it...

yea that 5 was a typo, i had 10 in the other part.. and thats what i meant. I always hondabonded oil pan gaskets with a think film and never had a leak. ...

Specs vary depending on parts.

As shown in the pictures, I used ARP bolts. The del sol vtec trim torq is different then the ARP. Use the specs for the parts that you...

Note this is after everything has been plastiguaged and checked for clearances.

reused oil pump on a built motor... i see the outcome of this already.

I did this once, tried to save some money and stuck a used oil pump in... I landed up replacing bearings along with the oil...

bleed brakes lines is one of the most over looked thing to do. Every time i change breaks I bleed them and can almost always feel a different in the pedal. my $.02
