yesterday bought new aluminium radiator, change the thermo fan switch, new coolant and new cap 1.3kg/cm2...everything going fine now..and noticed that thermostat jammed and blocking my water...

fuse ok...due to overheating for quite somtimes, my radiator crack at the upper parts...now, i wanna buy an aluminium radiator, and the thermo fan switch...

if ect sensor, will throw code rite?...how about that temp sensor?...throwing any code or not?

my fans is working fine when i connect it direct to the battery terminal. but, when i connect to the socket of radiator fans, start the car, wai till the operating temp, fan doesn't want to on. may i...

fans already change (fans complete with motor). but upon testing till water temp meter up to operating temp, fans still not working. i'm thinking of fuse blewn up. but, my diagrams is in japanese....

what do u mean by clog...i will check later either my fan is on or not?..if fan doesn't on, is the water inside the radiator will be lesser faster ?

i did tried to remove my thermostat....same thing always happened..will try to change the radiator cap first.

no white smoke...but, i;d realize a bit oily mix with my coolant. the worst thing is after running a while, the water inside spare tank are heavily boiling...is is because of bad radiator cap?..

yes, thats why i;m wondering. coz yesterday my car won;t start. during the CHECK light ON going to OFF, no clicks sound...is my main relay gonna need to change?..after a few minutes, my car can start...

i did check on the code error..there's nothing code for main relay. how do i know that my main relay is malfunctioned?
