i would get your ecu flashed, give the guy your car and engine stats and mods and let him chip your ecu. i used phearable and had great results. car runs very well and is daily driven

if you are keeping the same tranny then you want the d16z6, 1.6 sohc vtec with 130hp, you will need to wire up the vtec to the ecu also, but that tranny will make then engine much slower in...

if the springs are cut, who knows if they are cut at the same spot on all corners, i would ditch them for oem, then get an alignment. when headgaskets go, its usually blue smoke and the coolant will...

i second the shin etsu silicone, got it at the honda stealership for like 10bux, works well. ive heard you could use silicone grease or dielectric grease but have never verified this nor tried

b16 pump and bracket with stock d-series line works, i would use a bracket for your throttle cable, something like this but for your year...
