Re: Considering finally upgrading from stock exhaust

I've driven with my WS1 exhaust since 2004. There's a reason why I've kept it for this long. It makes the car a bit more audible from inside the cabin while minimizing the sounds produced outside. ...

Re: Valve Adjustment Questions

For many things outside of the engine I torque by feel. For anything internal I always use a torque wrench.

Re: Smashed into a curb- need some help

Before throwing any money at parts, I'd throw money at an alignment. Determining what measurement is off will help disseminate which parts/areas need to be looked at for damage and possible...

Re: Left wheel crunching noise

How many miles on the vehicle?

First thoughts are bushings or ball joints.

Re: New RD1 Owner Checking In (Sort of a Build Thread)

On Saturday I was able to remove the header (which was slow going) and began preparations for removing the intake manifold. Hopefully this week I can have my g/f's Uncle take a look at the radiator...

Re: New RD1 Owner Checking In (Sort of a Build Thread)

That's certainly good to know but I have every intention of keeping it! I'm curious, was that unit a factory option? Never did see any identifying marks on it.

Re: My 98 CRV 5spd rt4wd. H2B inside.

Looks very nice man, that H looks right at home in there.

How much torque is the RTAWD system able to handle, typically?

New RD1 Owner Checking In (Sort of a Build Thread)

Heyo everyone!

I recently acquired a 2000 4WD 5 speed in Sebring Silver Metallic from a friend for (nearly) free. The caveat is that it has sustained some front-end damage as a result of hitting...

Re: Why are they Priced like this?

None of us here would know that, but generally speaking the H23A should be more expensive though.

Contact the company and make sure the pricing is legit. Seems a bit weird.

Re: 92 Lude H23A help

Never seen anything like that before. I hope you're able to figure it out, that is one hell of a leak/eruption.

In for results. Good luck.

Me neither, I'd like to check it out though.

Maybe upload to imgur and post up the link (or embed)?

Re: Weak clutch

If the clutch fluid reservoir was empty/nearly empty then I'd say that you probably just need to bleed the system. Since you'll be down there anyway, I'd also inspect the slave cylinder to ensure...

Re: '83 Accord. Best way to get it to sellable condition?

Just wanted to stop by and say that this is a very fine example. The paint appears excellent, the bumper covers aren't even faded! My first car was an '86 Prelude (my brothers' before me) and that...

Re: 5th Gen Prelude Engine Problems. Please give your inputs.

Agreed, 225 is significantly less than I would expect for a re-sleeve and hone. "Get what you pay for" is the operative phrase in this situation. That said, I'd pick another route.

JDM motors...

Re: Super GT: NSX 2.0

Was there a modification to the rules or do you simply mean re-calibrating the cars in preparation?

Re: 3M headlight restoration review

Very cool, and I love that generation btw. Even better that it's a stick!

Did something similar with the Prelude's lights except I went 1000, 1500 and 2000 and then hit it with a polishing ball...

Re: DIY complete body resto-mod of my 95 Prelude
