Looks like you have a really nice set up and it should make good power, over 200 should be pretty easy. I would think your predictions are possible with some tuning !

If you want to be sure you can listen to the engine in my car that has very similar valve train but huge cams, definitly not quiet.

It is very common for the vavle train noise to go up a little when you install aftermarket springs and retainers. As far as your parts go they were in the office when you paid and are still here so...

We dont see a port and polish helping out right now since the car is running on the factory ecu and will probably never get more than hondata software and I/H/E, the factory port work will be fine on...

I will post up some pics as soon as i can. As pccheng already stated we are going to redo the head with flat valves, new springs and retainers, seals, guides if needed, fresh vavle job and clean up...
