is 9.3v too low? the bike hasn't run for a couple weeks after being charged. when i try to start the bike it gives me a buzzing sound. the lights don't seem dim.

ebc batteries

anyone has an opinion on them? i believe i need a new battery, the old one does not seem to hold a charge strong enough to start the bike and i wanted to get an opinion on them before purchase.

the timing belt has not been visually confirmed as intact but the pistons move so i'm guessing that it is ok. however if i have no spark, what is the next course of action?
