It's a solid state replay so the easiest way is just to swap to the new relay.

Next time it dies leave the key in the run position and just move the key back and forth very slightly in the run...

I had a dead spot in the ignition of my eg. If the key moved just a little bit it would die.

I had to put the key in just the right spot to keep the car running.

Does it die when your driving?...
