even if i turn it around then i have the compressor sucking in hot air from the radiator and i wont be able to put any kind of intake piping on it to draw air from elsewhere. so am i missing...

i cant turn it around because of the downpipe. i just want to know if anyone has ever ran into a similar problem. i know the manifold is the problem but it just seems funky.

look for tire seperation and possibly a bent axle. unless it's making a groaning sound (especially when turning) it's probably not a bearing issue.
