Icon6 Seat belt locked up.

Had a small accident the other day with the 06 seda and rear ended a vehicle going about 30mph minor bumper damage, no airbags deployed but the seatbelt locked up and will not loosen nor retract back...

the car was brought into Hillsidehonda for a check on the cel, they did not help at all besides saying fill up gas at Mobil/exxon only. and dont use sunoco etc etc...

thanks for all the quick replies...

it turns out its a very known problem for the 01 & 02 civics, it wasnt a thermostat prob, it was a TDC sensor (top dead center) located right behind the timing...

how many oxygen sensors do a 2001 lx sedan have? i checked majestichonda and it states 2 middle and bottom of the manifold? but visibly i only see 1? is the second bottom one hidden behind a shield...
