CEL & low idle

I have a 1999 prelude base with a 5 sp.
all stock 112k miles.

its giving a cel (solid) and when at idle, at times the rpm's drop and the car kills.

its giving misfire for cylinder 2 and 4.

on the left side of the dash by the interior dimming swith, there is a plastic compartment (for change?) with a red button thing. do you guys have this?

either one would be a manual. 2002-2003, about 60k miles.

and the only other (awd/4wd) car i would buy is a sti and i dont have the money for that.
