I have a 1995 accord w/ 137k on it. It's making a metallic noise like what you're describing as a helicopter.

OP, does this describe your sound? Any ideas what it is?

I had to shake mine pretty good for them to come off... just hit them with a rubber mallot front and back, top and bottom and they'll wiggle off.

I'm not trying to cap but this is pretty damn easy.... if you know how to use a sparkplug socket, and know how to bend metal with a sliding gauge gapper.. it's easy.

With my car, the motormount is worn (driverside bottom) and my shocks (being replaced on monday... stupid autozone...
