i have a 90 accord lx and i had the same problem a month ago, i took it to a local mechanic and he replaced the valve cover gasket. im not sure if he replaced the tube seals or not.

I bought a 90 honda accord LX last month and I had the same problem, I took it to the shop and they replaced the valve cover gasket. The gasket was around 50 bucks and the labor was like 20 bucks. ...
