When adjusting the damping, is it necessary to raise the car up so the wheels are off the ground before you make any adjustments. Or is it ok to adjust while the car is still on the ground?

Oh ok, so socketed is what the ecu needs to be, thanks for the response.
As far as the obd2 plugs/ecu i may be interpreting this statement from their web site wrong.

Rattling noise coming from head area, valve adjustment?

I can hear the valves tapping a little bit, not too bad.. but there is another noise coming from the same area... when i rev the car up to about 2000 rpms i hear a rattling noise on the way down......

Squeak only at cold start.. timing belt?

On a cold start there is a noise comming from the motor which sounds like a squeak, i know this is a common problem but im not aware of what it means. Timing belt wearing loose, or too tight?
